Luke provides analytics for a wide range of EEVS services, including performance assurance for Lloyds Banking Group, Vodafone, and Royal Mail EPCs, savings verification of energy optimisation schemes and the development of internal systems for efficient project delivery.

He passed his Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) exams in 2021 and immediately started managing and delivering an energy savings verification project for an NHS client. He has now gone a step further and has qualified as a Performance Measurement & Verification Expert (PMVE), a new advanced M&V qualification being offered by EVO, the owners of IPMVP.

Luke studied Physics at the University of Manchester, including masters level research in protein adsorption behaviour.
