As well his role as Managing Director, Ian leads on strategy and business development.

He has over 20 years’ expertise across the real estate, land use planning and energy sectors and as part of leading performance analytics firm, IPD (now MSCI) and business policy and lobby group, the CBI.

A successful innovator, he devised our Energy Efficiency Trends market research in 2011; in 2015 he innovated a performance assurance model that is now used by Lloyds Banking Group and Vodafone across their estates.  He is currently working to develop a new industry standard to performance-assure large-scale energy saving schemes.
